This is an excellent opportunity for a senior employment law specialist who combines strong technical expertise with proven experience of leading and developing other lawyers.The successful Senior Employment Lawyer / Senior Associate will take responsibility for a varied caseload across both claimant and respondent employment matters, while also playing a key role in the leadership, supervision and development of a sizeable Employment team. The role offers genuine progression through an established Associate structure, with scope to move towards senior management and Partner level. This is what you will be doing As a Senior Employment Lawyer, your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:- Managing a broad and complex caseload of claimant and respondent employment matters, including Employment Tribunal litigation.Leading, mentoring and line managing Solicitors and Paralegals within the Employment team, supporting their technical and professional development.Providing strategic, technical and practical guidance on complex employment law matters and promoting best practice across the team.Supporting the Group Leader with case auditing, performance management, complaints handling and the overall profitability of the ..... full job details .....
