Key-responsibilities:

• Managing-complex-ER-cases,-including-disciplinary,-grievance,-absence,-and-performance-matters.
• Advising-on-employment-legislation-and-HR-policies.
• Partnering-with-Managers-to-resolve-people-issues-and-promote-a-positive-employee-experience.
• Supporting-Trainees-and-managing-leaver-processes.
