Senior Electrical Project Manager Location: Hackney, London Salary: £85,000 £90,000 per annum Travel: Paid The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join an established building services contractor specialising in electrical and mechanical installations across commercial environments. The business delivers a range of technically challenging projects, with a strong focus on commercial office fit-outs, Cat A and Cat B refurbishments, and complex electrical building services installations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager who has a strong background in commercial fit-out projects, ideally with experience managing electrical packages valued at £10 million or above. The Role As Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of major electrical packages, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: Managing electrical installations across large-scale commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. Overseeing electrical packages ideally valued at £10 million or above. Managing project programmes, budgets, procurement and subcontractors.
