Senior Electrical Engineer

My client are recruiting for an experienced, commercially minded Senior Associate Electrical Design Engineer to join our Building Services team in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious electrical engineering professional to take a leading role in delivering building services design across a diverse portfolio of education, commercial, residential, healthcare and public sector projects. This is a senior, client-facing position offering the opportunity to combine technical expertise with project leadership, business development and team management. You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, developing new business opportunities and supporting the continued growth of the Cambridge team.Key responsibilities will include: Leading the delivery of electrical building services design across a varied portfolio of multidisciplinary projects. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and identifying opportunities to develop repeat business. Leading client meetings, design workshops and technical discussions with consultants, contractors and wider project stakeholders. Providing technical leadership, design reviews and quality assurance across all electrical engineering deliverables. Managing project resources, providing technical guidance and contributing to recruitment and team development.
