Supporting clients and project teams with developing and maintaining information requirements and standards, developing and managing processes within a common data environment, and leading the delivery of the information management function for the project team.
You’ll be responsible for:
Supporting the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
Assessing the current resources on projects to ensure they meet project goals.
Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Conducting interviews to assess skills and experience for BIM roles.
Developing BIM execution plans (BEP).
Developing the client''s digital handover strategy.
Understanding ISO19650 and applicable standards.
Ensuring security protocols for viewing and issuing information.
Implementing governance and assurance processes.
Monitoring digital handover to completion.
Participating in industry events to stay updated on BIM developments.
Producing information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR) per ISO 19650.
Developing information standards, methods, procedures, and shared resources.
Recruiting for BIM team roles.
Researching compliance with new regulations and governance.
Object library development aligned with BIM Strategy.
Ensuring information model assurance and quality.
Producing information models (Pre-RIBA Stage 3).
Reviewing Autodesk construction cloud accounts and updates.
Researching and implementing new technology solutions for BIM processes.
Supporting construction sequencing and cost planning using information models.
Providing training on BIM tools and processes.
Upskilling client and project teams on BIM knowledge sharing.
Collaborating on procedural compliance and continuous improvement.
Managing relationships and influencing stakeholders.
Contributing to net zero carbon initiatives during project delivery.
You’ll need to have:
Level 6 qualifications or equivalent.
Degree apprenticeship, honours degree (BA, BSc), or similar.
Expertise in:
Content management systems.
Autodesk desktop and cloud products.
Validation, verification, visualization tools.
Databases.
Standards like ISO19650, BS1192, IFC, COBie.
You’ll also have:
