12 Months – Potential for Extension / Perm PlacementOur client supports millions of individuals, families, business owners, investors and entrepreneurs worldwide and provides a range of banking products and services.Responsibilities

Manage the full product lifecycle to ensure that, over time, customer needs are met and financial and other benefits are achieved.Act as owner/champion for one or more products. Select, adopt and adapt product development methods, tools, and techniques appropriate to the context (predictive or adaptive).Collaborate with Technology and Transformation Leads to deliver the Digital Product change agenda on time and within budget. Be hands-on and remove delivery blockers through escalation when needed.Analyze market and user research, feedback, expert opinion and usage data to identify opportunities to differentiate and improve the customer experience.Develop product variations to support propositions and determine product positioning and variants for different customer segments.Prioritize product requirements and own the product backlog, coordinating pilots, launches, communications and training.Establish requirement baselines, obtain formal agreement to requirements, and ensure traceability to source per change management policy.Stay current with trends and emerging business models to generate value for the business and customers.Own objectives and key results across the Digital Product; use data to inform prioritization and decision making with a focus on ROI aligned to OKRs.Identify new global capabilities to drive value in markets in support of Digital Product outcomes.Provide coaching to the wider agile team to ensure high performance.Ensure capabilities are scalable to deliver a consistent mobile experience across the Group.Review product performance and journeys and drive local and global change initiatives.Apply technology and data to solving problems and finding opportunities.Qualifications and Requirements

An entrepreneurial drive with strong problem-solving ability and resilience.Experience in global or regional roles, and in cross-functional matrix environments with market and global teams.Extensive experience with product development and deployment activities, including opportunities identification, business cases, requirements definition, stakeholder engagement, deployment, launch and measurement.Consumer financial services industry experience and strong understanding of digital business; experience in travel, lifestyle, or other consumer product development is a plus.Strong communication skills for navigating diverse business requirements and differing viewpoints.Proven ability to build relationships and influence large teams without direct leadership authority.Solid understanding of the bank’s risk framework and experience with second line of defence: legal, compliance, financial crime (AML and sanctions), fraud, risk.Outward focus with awareness of competitor landscape and opportunities/threats.Seniority level
