If you thrive on trend innovation, customer connection, and bringing glamour to the everyday, this is your moment to shine.What you will be doing?Lead the design process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality designs across various mediumsCollaborate with the creative team to develop and execute compelling visual communications that align with the brand''s aestheticStay informed about emerging fashion trends and translate them into unique and fashion-forward designsMentor and provide creative guidance to junior designersWork closely with the product development team to ensure designs can be successfully translated into productionMaintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry best practicesPresent designs and concepts to key stakeholders and gather feedback to drive continuous improvementWhat you can bring?Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the apparel and fashion industryBachelor''s degree in Fashion Design or a related fieldStrong portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and a deep understanding of fashion design principlesProficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and accuracyPassion for the fashion industry and staying up to date with the latest trendsWhat to expect from here:If we believe you could be a great fit for the role, we’ll invite you for an informal conversation via phone or Microsoft Teams with our Talent Acquisition Manager.If successful, you’ll then meet with the Head of Design at Debenhams House to discuss your experience in more detail and explore the value you can bring to the team.Most of our hiring processes consist of two stages.
