Senior Design Insight Analyst (Contract)Contract: 6 Months Rate: Up to 600 per day (Max) Location: Ideally Bristol, but open to Manchester, Leeds, or CardiffOverviewWe''re looking for an experienced Insight Analyst to join a Customer Analytics team embedded within a digital product environment. This is a backfill position supporting key mobile app propositions, specifically within the Savings and Upcoming Payments customer journeys.This role is focused on understanding customer behaviour within a mobile banking app, identifying how customers engage with products and features, and translating those insights into recommendations that shape product and design decisions.The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can combine technical analysis with compelling storytelling, helping stakeholders understand not just what is happening, but why it is happening and what actions should be taken as a result.ResponsibilitiesAnalyse customer behaviour across digital channels and mobile app journeys.Support optimisation of Savings and Upcoming Payments propositions.Use behavioural analytics to identify customer needs, opportunities and areas for improvement.Deliver actionable insights that influence product, design and business decisions.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Design and Analytics teams.Present findings and recommendations in a clear, engaging and commercially relevant way.Drive evidence-based decision making through robust analysis and ..... full job details .....
