Senior Design Manager - Tier 1 Contractor

Senior Design Manager - a leading Tier 1 Contractor is searching for a Senior Design Manager to join the expanding team based in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to deliver award-winning projects from pre-construction phase through to handover.

Our client has a full order book delivering schools, colleges, commercial blue-light and custodial projects across Bristol and surrounding areas ranging from -10m - -60m.

The Package:
- Basic salary of -72,500 - -82,500 (Nego DOE)
- Company Car Allowance (-7,500)
- 29 days annual leave (+ buy / sell holiday scheme)

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Review the technical aspects of details put forward by architects and engineers
- Coordinate changes with the design team to ensure best value
- Lead design team meetings and coordinate build process
- Liaise with client and consultant throughout the project

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Design Manager delivering construction projects ranging from -5m+
