This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in delivering complex digital and cyber initiatives within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.You will be responsible for driving delivery across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring work remains on track, risks are managed effectively, and stakeholders remain engaged throughout the delivery lifecycle. The role requires an individual who can work autonomously, provide leadership, and continuously improve delivery practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of complex digital and cyber programmes.Plan, manage and coordinate work across multidisciplinary delivery teams.Drive agile delivery practices and maintain programme momentum in complex environments.Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including Director and SRO level contacts.Identify, manage and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.Facilitate collaboration across product, user-centred design, technical, architecture and security teams.Improve delivery frameworks, governance processes and ways of working.Support government assurance activities and programme reporting requirements.Ensure successful outcomes ..... full job details .....
