Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Workforce Development team at WorldSkills UK. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the delivery of workforce development programmes designed to build educator capability and improve outcomes across the technical education sector. Working across programmes including the Centre of Excellence and Technical Excellence College programmes, you will work with colleges, training providers and other stakeholders to support high-quality programme delivery and strengthen teaching, learning and assessment practice. You will manage assigned programmes from day-to-day implementation through to performance monitoring and continuous improvement. This will include coordinating programme activity, managing stakeholder relationships, monitoring progress against objectives and targets, managing programme-level risks and budgets, and using data and feedback to improve delivery. You will also line manage and support our Workforce Development Coordinator. We are looking for someone with experience of managing projects or programmes, coordinating multiple stakeholders and delivering activity across competing priorities and timelines. You will be highly organised, confident working with performance information and able to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
