A leading technology and business solutions provider is seeking a skilled Delivery Manager to join their team. The company partners with high-profile clients to deliver innovative projects, focusing on excellence, collaboration, and successful outcomes.

Role Overview

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of key projects for a major client in the Digital sector. This individual will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to align goals and manage expectations.Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues throughout project lifecycles.Facilitate clear communication and foster a collaborative working environment.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery processes.Act as the primary point of contact for delivery-related matters with the client.

Skills and Experience

Proven track record as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies is advantageous.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline preferred.Relevant project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are beneficial.
