This position is crucial for supporting our clients ambition to exceed customer expectations and drive loyalty.Day-to-day of the role:Act as a key point of contact for customers ensuring a seamless experience.Handle inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels including phone, email, and digital platforms, focusing on high-quality written communication.Provide clear, accurate, and engaging responses to customers.Efficiently and accurately issue confirmations and processing online requests.Proactively resolve customer queries and issues, taking ownership through to resolution.Support the administration of amendments.Discuss alternative options with customers to retain business and enhance their experience.Collaborate effectively with internal departments to deliver a joined-up customer experience.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the ..... full job details .....
