Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for staff, ensuring high-quality service standards are maintained. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. Support the Cambridge Town Council in implementing policies and procedures related to customer service and training. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection and confidentiality agreements. Review and update training materials regularly to align with the latest best practices and organizational changes. Person Specifications Proven experience in a high-volume customer-facing role, preferably within the housing sector. Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
