Senior Customer Service Advisor

I am looking for an Senior Customer Service Advisor to take inbound calls working for a great company based in Bromborough, Wirral.This role is starting asap for a 4 month period.Full paid training will be given and you will be paid an hourly rate of 13.50 per hour, paid weekly.The Senior Response Centre Advisor supports excellent customer service by handling complex enquiries, resolving issues and guiding Advisors through escalations.
