Senior Customer Analyst Up to £50,000 London Hybrid (2 days per week in office) We''re looking for a Senior Analyst to join a customer-focused analytics team, using data and advanced analytical techniques to influence decision-making across the business. You''ll be responsible for: Analysing large and complex datasets to generate actionable customer insights Building data marts and analytical models Using statistical and machine learning techniques, including regression and clustering Presenting findings clearly to senior stakeholders and influencing data-driven decisions Working collaboratively across teams to identify opportunities for optimisation About you: 3+ years'' experience in statistical analysis and data visualisation Strong SQL and experience with Python and/or R Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning techniques Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A curious, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Location: Central LondonHybrid: 2 days per week in the officeSalary: Up to £50,000 If you''re an experienced analyst looking for a role where your insights can have real commercial impact, we''d love to hear from you.
