Lead and develop a team of 3 CRM specialistsOwn CRM strategy and execution across 20+ client accountsBe the go-to Klaviyo expert, optimising lifecycle campaigns and retention journeysOversee all CRM briefs, testing, and performance measurementWork closely with Account Managers, Designers, and Copywriters to deliver best-in-class campaignsWhat we’re looking for
