They’re now looking for a Senior CRM Manager to lead strategy, mentor a growing team, and take retention marketing to the next level.The Role

As Senior CRM Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of the agency’s client delivery, leading strategy, optimisation, and innovation across email and SMS marketing. You’ll manage a team of three and work closely with designers, copywriters, and account managers to deliver high-performing campaigns that move the needle on retention and revenue.Key Responsibilities

Lead lifecycle marketing strategies across email and SMS for a portfolio of DTC brandsDrive customer engagement, repeat purchases, and LTV through segmentation and optimisationAct as a strategic partner to clients, presenting retention roadmaps and delivering measurable resultsManage and mentor a team of CRM specialists — setting standards, coaching, and developing talentOversee CRM campaign briefs, flows, and testing frameworks to ensure best-in-class executionLeverage data and reporting to continuously improve campaigns and provide actionable insightsBuild relationships with platform partners like Klaviyo, Attentive, and Recharge to maximise client valueStay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging retention strategies to drive innovationYour Skills

4+ years’ experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle strategyHands-on expertise with Klaviyo (non-negotiable) and experience with Shopify-based DTC brandsProven track record of driving measurable growth through email and SMS marketingSkilled in segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, and audience logicStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategiesExperience managing and developing high-performing CRM teamsConfident communicator, able to influence clients and stakeholders at all levelsOrganised, commercially minded, and comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on executionWhy Apply
