Senior Contracts Manager - Cladding Project

Fraser Edwards Recruitment is excited to be working with a major social housing client in London to recruit an experienced Cladding Contracts Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced contracts professional to take responsibility for the successful delivery of cladding remediation and façade improvement works across a portfolio of high-rise residential properties. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing specialist cladding contractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality and regulatory standards. You will oversee contracts from mobilisation and pre-construction through to completion and handover, working closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors and residents to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Cladding and Remediation Contract Management Manage the delivery of cladding remediation, façade replacement and associated external wall system works across high-rise residential properties. Take responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of specialist cladding and remediation contractors. Oversee contracts throughout the full lifecycle, from mobilisation and pre-construction through to construction, completion and handover. Ensure contractors deliver works in accordance with approved designs, specifications, programmes and contractual requirements.
