Contracts Manager

EA Associates are working with a well-established, family-run main contractor seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join their growing team. Operating across London and the surrounding areas, extending to the M25, the business delivers a varied portfolio of Design and Build (DandB) projects across the residential, commercial and education sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and delivery-focused Contract Manager to join a business that combines a hands-on approach with a strong reputation for quality, long-term relationships and project delivery. The Role As Contract Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities will include: Managing multiple construction projects across residential, commercial and educational sectors. Overseeing Design and Build projects, coordinating design teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. Managing project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial performance. Ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, specifications and quality standards. Monitoring progress on site and supporting Project Managers and site teams to achieve key milestones.
