Senior Contract Manager

Overview

Senior Contract Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment/Planned Maintenance. Havant based (with travel).£70K - £90K + Car Allowance / Company Vehicle + Benefits. This is a full time, permanent role with a modern, forward thinking company.Responsibilities

Ensure the delivery of projects within the budget and timescales specifiedOversee teams delivering planned maintenance programs including kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, passive fire, decarbonisation/retrofit, electrical works, legal disrepair and voids contracts for housing associations, ALMOs, and local councilsLead and develop a team of Contract Managers, Project Managers, Site Managers, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractorsDrive profitability of the contract, including pricing and delivery of extra worksMaintain client and tenant satisfactionImplement and manage processes to ensure quality and on-time deliveryUnderstand and monitor the financials of the contractMotivate the workforce to deliver on time and to budgetRequirements / Qualifications

Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projectsSMSTS and NVQ Level 7 or equivalentSalary and Benefits
