Senior Contracts Manager - Fire Projects

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Senior Contracts Manager - Fire Projects to work with one of our Housing Association clients in West London.

What you will need

Experienced working within Fire Remedial projects

Experienced in delivering successful results from negotiations with partners such as consultants or contractors.

Experience in managing and motivating external multi-disciplinary teams.

Demonstrable pro-active management skills and ability to maintain an excellent working relationship with key stakeholders

Understanding of the issues involved in fire safety, building safety cases and remediation projects and experienced in the management of the delivery of remediation programme from commencement to completion.
