Senior Contentious Construction Solicitor – BristolTSR Legal currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contentious Construction Solicitor to join a leading top 100 UK law firm with a top-tier reputation in construction and engineering disputesThe firm are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate (5+ PQE) with a strong track record in contentious construction matters. You will advise clients on complex disputes across infrastructure, energy, and development projects, acting for contractors, public bodies, developers, funders, and insurers.Key responsibilities include:Managing a diverse caseload of adjudication, arbitration, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.Working on technically challenging and high-value construction and engineering disputes.Building and maintaining strong client relationships through commercial awareness and strategic advice.Mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives.To be considered for this role, our client requires a candidate with 5+ years’ PQE with a focus on contentious construction law, proven experience handling construction matters, and strong technical skills and commercial acumen.On offer is the opportunity to work with market-leading lawyers on high-profile matters, who can offer a supportive, collaborative culture with clear opportunities for career progression.
