My client, an international law firm, is seeking to add a non-contentious construction lawyer to their construction and infrastructure team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work on international projects alongside the firm''s offices in other jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 3-7 PQE and experience handling a broad range of transaction construction matters, acting for both national and international clients, including developers, contractors, and project owners. Experience in real estate, energy (clean/renewable), and infrastructure projects is preferred.

Candidates should be well-versed in using both JCT and NEC standard contracts for this role, with FIDIC experience considered a plus. Candidates with a mix of contentious and non-contentious experience will also be considered.
