A leading main contractor delivering high-end commercial projects across London is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead a flagship £40M Cat B fit out in Central London. This is a hands-on, high-profile role offering full responsibility for site delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all daily site operations, ensuring programme, budget, and quality targets are met
• Direct and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and junior staff
• Collaborate closely with the Project Director on planning, resourcing, and problem resolution
• Maintain strict health & safety compliance across the site
• Resolve technical, design, and commercial challenges efficiently
• Monitor progress, costs, and reporting, keeping stakeholders fully informed
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project teams
• Oversee snagging, handover, and project close-out to the highest standard

Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrable experience on £10M+ commercial fit-outs in London
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Commercially astute and quality-focused
