Senior Configuration Technician / Manager

We are beginning our search for a Senior Configuration Technician / Manager commutable to Kidderminster to join our team on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in device imaging and configuration, and who is comfortable liaising with customers and leading technical operations. Rates will be discussed individually based on experience and suitability. Key Responsibilities:Build, configure, and replicate device imagesLiaise with customers to understand and deliver imaging requirementsConsult on large-scale device imaging and software deployment strategiesUse tools such as SCCM, MDM, and Autopilot for image replicationAdvise on imaging processes and software installationSupport network setup and troubleshootingWork from a workshop facility; managerial role includes some home-based flexibilityPotential leadership and oversight responsibilities for the managerial aspectRequirements:Proven experience as a configuration/build/image engineer or managerStrong customer-facing and consulting skillsFamiliarity with enterprise imaging and deployment toolsAbility to troubleshoot and support network environmentsMust be commutable to KidderminsterManagerial candidates should be comfortable with semi-remote workingWorking Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PMThis role has been deemed and assessed an inside IR35 roleContract Details:Initial Term: 3 monthsIR35 Status: Inside ..... full job details .....
