Senior Conference ProducerUp to £50,000 basic salary with bonus scheme. London office based three days a week with international travel. Finance / Large scale international events.

The role
As a Senior Conference Producer you will take ownership of a key region within the finance portfolio and lead the development of world class events that attract senior executives and industry leaders. This is a highly commercial and entrepreneurial position with autonomy to shape agendas, identify growth opportunities and create events that make a genuine impact on both the market and the business.You will be responsible for the full production cycle from market research and agenda creation through to speaker acquisition and onsite delivery. With a minimum of three years production experience you will be confident engaging senior stakeholders, commercially aware and motivated to drive the growth of your events.
Key responsibilities
Take full ownership of a region within the finance portfolio ensuring consistent growth and impactConduct research to identify market trends, key themes and commercial opportunitiesCreate content rich agendas that attract senior level audiences and deliver tangible business valueSecure and manage relationships with high profile speakers and C level executivesWork closely with sales, marketing and operations to ensure seamless delivery and commercial successIdentify ways to scale events, increase revenue and strengthen market positionRepresent the business at international events and build a strong global network
About you
Minimum three years experience in B2B conference production ideally within finance or investmentCommercially driven with proven ability to grow events and contribute to revenueConfident, proactive and results focused with strong stakeholder management skillsExcellent research and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into compelling contentComfortable engaging with and influencing senior executives and decision makersGrowth mindset with the ambition to take ownership and make an impactWilling to travel internationallyAble to be office based in London three days each week
