Senior Compliance Monitoring Manager London I''m working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Compliance Monitoring Manager to join a growing global insurance business in London. This is a genuinely hands-on role for an experienced insurance compliance professional who wants to have a real impact. You''ll take ownership of the compliance monitoring programme, lead reviews across different areas of the business and work closely with senior stakeholders to identify gaps, challenge existing processes and strengthen the overall compliance framework. This is not simply an oversight role. You''ll be expected to be proactively involved in the testing and fieldwork, while also having the autonomy to shape and improve the wider monitoring framework. What you''ll be doing: Lead and manage compliance monitoring activity Conduct thematic reviews and identify compliance risks and gaps Carry out fact-finding, testing and desk-based monitoring Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders Track corrective actions through to completion Develop and maintain the compliance monitoring plan Keep up to date with regulatory developments and industry best practice Prepare monitoring reports for senior management and Board-level committees Work closely with teams including Underwriting, Claims, Finance and Pricing What we''re looking for: Insurance experience is essential Ideally a background in compliance with ..... full job details .....
