Senior Compliance Manager (Residential Building Safety and Compliance) South West London On-site Temp-to-Perm Up to £75,000 We are currently recruiting for a Senior Compliance Manager (Residential Building Safety and Compliance) to join a leading higher education organisation based in South West London. This is a senior role responsible for building safety, statutory compliance, facilities management and maintenance across a complex residential portfolio. You ll provide strategic leadership, oversee Building Safety Act and Higher-Risk Building requirements, manage compliance and assurance, and lead a team of property/facilities professionals. We re looking for: Significant senior experience in building safety, compliance, FM or property Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act and Higher-Risk Buildings Experience managing compliance across complex, occupied buildings Strong leadership, stakeholder management and risk-management skills Experience overseeing maintenance, contractors and building performance Package: Up to £75,000 Location: South West London Working pattern: Fully on-site Contract: Temp-to-perm If you re an experienced building safety or property professional looking for a senior leadership opportunity within higher education, we d love to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
