This is from both primary/excess layers, but predominately lead business.My client is looking for someone with extensive US Marine and Energy Liability Claims Adjusting experience from a lead view, competent with ECF and Lloyd''s Claims Schemes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership for Marine and Energy claims, ensuring accurate and timely reserving, payments and claims resolution. Significant experience handling complex global Marine and Energy losses is essential.Assume responsibility for decision-making on the largest, most complex and strategically significant claims within the Marine and Energy portfolio.Exercise a high level of claims authority, while overseeing and governing delegated reserving, payment and settlement authority granted to junior claims professionals and external claims service providers.Act as the recognised technical authority for Marine and Energy claims, delivering expert guidance, thought leadership and technical training to ensure claims teams remain current with industry developments, market practices and emerging trends.Develop and maintain best-in-class claims processes, procedures and ..... full job details .....
