They write business on a primary/excess basis, with a mix of lead/follow.My client is looking for someone with extensive US General Liability Claims Adjusting experience, competent with ECF and Lloyd''s Claims Schemes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership for General Liability (GL) claims, ensuring accurate and timely reserving, payments, and claims handling. Experience managing high-value bodily injury claims is highly desirable.Take ownership of decision-making on the largest, most complex, and high-exposure claims within the portfolio.Exercise senior-level authority over GL claims, including oversight of delegated reserving, payment, and settlement authority granted to junior team members and external claims partners.Serve as the subject matter expert and technical leader for GL claims, delivering guidance, coaching, and training to ensure teams remain current with industry developments, market trends, and best practices.Develop and implement best-in-class claims processes, procedures, and documentation, ensuring appropriate quality assurance and governance standards are maintained.Build and ..... full job details .....
