Responsibilities:Design and implement compensation strategies for global organisationsReview, analyse and understand compensation data and key trends, providing insight to corporations to aid decision making and ensure they remain competitive in attracting and retaining key talentCreate and deliver tailored compensation strategies for clientsBuild and grow relationships with clients across a range of sectors including technology, financial services and retailDeliver presentations and reports that communicate insights to internal and external stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to grow the company’s client baseProvide advice and recommendations on base pay, equity and bonuses
Requirements:
Current/Previous experience working for a consulting team in their external Reward or Compensation teamStrong analytical mindset with data modeling and analysis skillsAbility to work with and interpret data to deliver data led solutionsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsConfident leading client presentations and communicatingwith key ..... full job details .....
