Senior Commercial Solicitor - Niche L500 Practice - Hybrid working

Tremendous opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer with at least 8 Years'' PQE to join this niche commercial practice and work for household name clients whilst dealing with high-quality work in a modern and forward-thinking work environment. You will be afforded the opportunity to work on a hybrid working basis and work flexible hours. Ideally, this firm is seeking a Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner to help deal with the existing work that they have in place and to assist with the growth of the department.

The work is all commercial and includes drafting, negotiating and advising on a broad range of commercial agreements to include: confidentiality, supply, distribution, NDA’s, JV’s, purchase, agency, franchise, IT outsourcing, licencing and finance contracts. You will need to have a solid foundation in commercial contracts / commercial work and a background within a commercial law firm, public sector department or in house legal department.

Great package includes a basic salary from £80,000 - £120,000, flexible start and finish times. Other benefits include private healthcare, generous holiday allowance, hybrid working, bonus scheme and ongoing professional development.
