The role offers the choice to be based and work out of any one of our Northern Offices in Salford, Knowsley or Ellesmere Port. Joining us as the Senior Commercial Manager, you will be accountable for the risk and opportunity management for the life cycle of all our contracts from bidding to close. These include contracts for one off construction projects, including some exciting decarbonisation opportunities, and a variety of high value and long-term maintenance services (heating and compliance and repairs and maintenance services). This position would suit a driven Senior Commercial Manager looking for the next step in their career, taking ownership and responsibility for the seamless transition from pre-contract to contract close. A key role within the Liberty team, you will be responsible for leading the commercial and quantity surveying teams across Liberty to fulfil the commercial strategies, maximising contract profitability and mitigating risk.
