Senior Commercial Manager London Up to 135,000 A leading international fa ade subcontractor with a reputation built on their expertise and delivery of high-quality facades and curtain walling solutions are seeking a capable Senior Commercial Manager to manage a number of their large-scale projects.Established for over 30 years with an annual turnover reaching more than 100m in the UK, they have continuously expanded globally with an increase in demand for their innovative projects within the UK. Projects vary in size but upwards of 20m on the largest and most high profile new builds in the city, with leading tier 1 contractors. Ideally you will be ready to run multiple large projects and manage the commercial team based on site and support in the office.As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Commercial Director to ensure successful delivery of various fa ade projects.
