Support client and supplier relationship managementHelp develop the company’s service offering and capabilityHelp win and deliver opportunities to drive company growthSupport development of procurement and commercial strategiesAssist on pre-sourcing market analysisSupport business cases for new procurementsManage tender activities using public sector frameworksInvolvement in supplier performance management activitiesUndertake value-for-money analysis for business cases and tendersAdvise on compliance with Public Contract Regulations and Defence and Security Public Contract Regulations as well as client policiesCarry out Contract Management and ensure files are up to date with auditable trailRequirements

Experienced professional with a few years in a commercial or procurement roleInterest in technology procurement and willingness to roll up sleeves to build the companyLikely to hold or be working towards CIPS/MCIPS or IACCM accreditationProven track record of delivery and ability to build effective client relationshipsGood business acumen, adaptable to different clients, and proactive in problem-solvingGood understanding of Public Contract RegulationsIdeally experience operating in the Defence or Security sectorKnowledge of technology procurement (cloud, PaaS, SaaS) from a business perspectiveAbility to identify and manage commercial risk and opportunity through effective contractingAbility to deliver results to meet contracted deadlines and customer expectationsSeniority level
