Senior CNC Programmer / Machinist - Turn/Mill

We are looking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist to join our growing team, supporting work within the Monument area.
This role is ideally suited to an enthusiastic machinist with a strong continuous improvement mindset, who is always looking to optimise manufacturing methods, improve efficiencies, and maintain the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Programming, setting and operating Turn/Mill CNC machines
• Online programming at the machine control
• Working on machines such as DMG Mori NTX2500 and NLX2000
• Manufacturing precision components to extremely tight tolerances (less than 0.05mm)
• Producing high-quality surface finishes
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Supporting process improvements and driving manufacturing efficiencies
• Working within a high-precision engineering environment

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10 years'' experience in CNC machining/programming
• Strong experience programming at the control (online programming)
• Proven experience setting and operating Turn/Mill machines
• Excellent understanding of precision engineering and tight tolerance machining
• Ability to work independently and problem solve effectively
• Positive, proactive and enthusiastic approach to manufacturing
