Senior CNC Programmer / Machinist - Turn/Millplease only apply if you have the right to work in the UK as our client do not provide sponsorship We are looking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist to join our growing team, supporting work within the Monument area. This role is ideally suited to an enthusiastic machinist with a strong continuous improvement mindset, who is always looking to optimise manufacturing methods, improve efficiencies, and maintain the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Programming, setting and operating Turn/Mill CNC machines Online programming at the machine control Working on machines such as DMG Mori NTX2500 and NLX2000 Manufacturing precision components to extremely tight tolerances (less than 0.05mm) Producing high-quality surface finishes Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Supporting process improvements and driving manufacturing efficiencies Working within a high-precision engineering environment Candidate Requirements Minimum 10 years'' experience in CNC machining/programming Strong experience programming at the control (online programming) Proven experience setting and operating Turn/Mill machines Excellent understanding of precision engineering and tight tolerance machining Ability to work independently and problem solve effectively Positive, proactive and enthusiastic approach to manufacturing This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values highly skilled ..... full job details .....
