Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Forecast labour and equipment requirements for work to be scheduled. Day-to-day management of direct reports, along with technical, professional and personal development. Leading improvement activity within the department. Setting and operating Haas TM-2P CNC mill (Fanuc controls) Complete programming using Openmind Hypermill or similar CAD/CAM package.
