Senior Clinical Study Project Manager

I''m looking for a Senior Clinical Study Project Manager (Senior CSPM) to join a leading UK-based CRO in a full-time, remote role. You''ll be the driving force behind cutting-edge studies across ATMPs, CTIMPs, medical devices, and more-partnering with leading academics, biotech innovators, and clinical experts.

Your role:

• Take ownership of end-to-end clinical study delivery
• Act as the primary liaison for sponsors, investigators, and clinical teams
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and risk management
• Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, ISO 14155, and relevant regulations

About you:

• 5+ years'' clinical research experience in CRO, pharma, or CTU
• Proven track record in clinical project/study management
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and ISO 14155
• Skilled in financial oversight, planning, and client engagement
• Collaborative leader with excellent communication skills
