Senior Clinical Fellow in Gynae Oncology. Applications are invited for a post of Senior Clinical Fellow in the Department of Gynaecological Oncology based at Oxford Gynaecological Cancer Centre, Churchill Hospital, Old Road, Headington, Oxford OX3 7LJ.Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest NHS teaching trusts in the country and provides a wide range of general and specialist clinical services. It is a base for medical education, training and research.Responsibilities

Support multidisciplinary care within the Gynaecological Oncology service and contribute to the training and development of the team.Engage in learning opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in Gynaecological Oncology with the aim of enhancing future career progression.Prepare for potential progression to a Consultant post as a Unit Lead in Gynaecological Oncology or for Sub Specialty Training in Gynaecological Oncology, as appropriate.Contribute to service delivery in a large tertiary cancer centre serving the Thames Valley Regional Cancer Network.Duration and Progression

The post will be for 12 months in the first instance with the option of extending to two years subject to satisfactory progress.Location and Organisation

Oxford Gynaecological Cancer Centre, Churchill Hospital, Old Road, Headington, Oxford OX3 7LJ. The Trust comprises four hospitals: John Radcliffe Hospital, Churchill Hospital, Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre and Horton General Hospital.About the Employer
