We''re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Client Services Manager to join our Trustee and Depositary team. This role is located in Edinburgh, United Kingdom - this is a hybrid role. In this role, you''ll make an impact in the following ways: Ensure high quality, efficient and professional levels of service are maintained for our clients at a senior level Drive efficiencies and champion change within the Client Management Team and the wider Depositary Support clients and colleagues by maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge Lead client review meetings and coordinate the production of reporting for these forums Manage and co-ordinate the review of change events / client scheme documentation obtaining necessary ..... full job details .....
