Senior Claims Adjuster - Professional IndemnityWe’re looking for an experienced Senior Claims Adjuster to join a high-performing PI claims team. This role offers the chance to handle complex, high-value cases across a range of sectors including solicitors, financial services, construction, and miscellaneous professions.

What you’ll do:

Manage a diverse portfolio of PI claims, often multi-jurisdictional and high-profile.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues.

Build strong relationships with underwriters, brokers, and external partners.

Share insights on wordings, trends, and claims data to support business planning.

Play a key role in maintaining a collaborative, client-focused claims function.

What you’ll bring:

Strong track record in PI claims (solicitors, financial services, construction or related).

Confident handling complex cases and leading discussions with stakeholders.

Experience training or supervising team members.

Familiarity with ECF and London Market practices.
