OverviewA City based MGA seek a Senior Claims Adjuster, on a six month fixed term contract basis. The role will involve handling an interesting and diverse caseload, including Professional Indemnity, Cyber, Transactional Liability, Terrorism and Political Violence claims.
You will create strong relationships with policyholders, brokers, underwriters, and capacity providers, whilst maintaining excellent customer service. You will also be a technical point of referral for junior members of the claims team.
Applicants will require prior Financial Lines claims handling experience and ideally have a good understanding of ECF. This will be a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
Handle a diverse caseload across Professional Indemnity, Cyber, Transactional Liability, Terrorism and Political Violence claims.
Build and maintain relationships with policyholders, brokers, underwriters and capacity providers; deliver high levels of customer service.
Provide technical guidance and act as a point of referral for junior claims team members.
Operate in a hybrid working environment.
Qualifications
Prior Financial Lines claims handling experience.
Good understanding of ECF (Electronic Claims File) is desirable.
