About the Role

The Senior Civil Technician position in Cardiff is a permanent role offering a salary between £35,000 and £45,000. You will join a professional consultancy team, taking a lead role on residential projects from concept through to construction. Your responsibilities will include highways and drainage designs, producing site levels, and managing Section 278, 38, 104, and 185 agreements. Proficiency in earthworks modelling (3D) is required, alongside a minimum of five years’ relevant experience, ideally within residential schemes. The role offers a pension scheme and healthcare cover.

We have the requirement for an experienced Civil Technician/Engineer to join a busy team of professionals in Cardiff, working on mainly Residential schemes.
You would need 5+ years’ experience in a relevant role, ideally with Residential project experience under you belt – this person would take a lead role from concept through to construction.
The role:
