About the Role
RGB Recruitment is seeking a Senior Civil Technician to join a professional team in Cardiff, working primarily on Residential schemes. This full-time role offers a salary between £35,000 and £40,000 per annum. You will take a lead role from concept through construction, requiring at least five years’ relevant experience, ideally within residential projects. Responsibilities include highways and drainage designs, producing site levels, handling Section 278, 38, 104 and 185 agreements, and 3D earthworks modelling.
