Senior Civil Engineer - Water

Our client, a leader in the water sector, is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their team in Bristol. You will be working on water and wastewater schemes, contributing to their efficient and effective treatment systems. Key Responsibilities:Providing design support and guidance, ensuring designs meet current legislation and standardsCollaborating with commercial, operational, and construction teams to develop efficient and safe solutionsEngaging with clients to manage relationships and support them in achieving their goalsManaging the integration of civil design with other disciplines and documentationActing as a technical checker and undertaking technical reviews for projectsIdentifying opportunities to improve delivery processes with standard designs, sustainable solutions, and digital toolsUndertaking site reviews to ensure buildability of solutions within existing systemsSupporting the development of the civil engineering team, including mentoring and resource allocation Job Requirements:Degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldChartership (CEng) with a relevant engineering institution is highly desirableExperience in successful delivery of high-quality outputs in line with design, quality, and safety standardsEffective communication skills with team members and stakeholdersMethodical approach to problem-solvingValid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the operational regionExperience in water/wastewater is essential If you are a skilled ..... full job details .....
