Principal Civil Engineer (Water)

Our client, a leading consultancy, is currently seeking a Principal Civil Engineer (Water) to join their expanding Water Infrastructure design team in Bristol on a permanent basis.Key Responsibilities:Leading design engineering efforts for diverse water infrastructure projects, ranging in value from 1 million to 50 millionDeveloping detailed designs, calculations, drawings, and reports for drainage infrastructure (including SuDS) and wastewater schemesCoordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integration of all project elementsManaging design changes throughout the project lifecycleSupporting business growth through bid and tender preparationBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clientsJob Requirements:Chartered Engineer status or working towards attaining it with a relevant institution such as ICE or CIWEMComprehensive knowledge and experience in water and wastewater infrastructure designProficiency in project delivery at all stages including detailed design, contract preparation, tender assessment, and contract administrationAbility to communicate fluently and positively both verbally and in writingBenefits:Flexible and hybrid workingCompetitive pension contributionLife AssurancePrivate Medical InsuranceDiscretionary Annual Bonus SchemePayment of two relevant professional subscriptions25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase up to 5 additional days per yearIf you are an experienced Civil Engineer with a focus on water ..... full job details .....
