About the OpportunityIf you are a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor looking for a role with real influence, this is a strong opportunity to join a growing, RICS-accredited practice where you can lead complex instructions, advise clients directly and help shape the next stage of the business.The team is currently made up of the business owner and three surveyors, all of whom are either Chartered or being supported on their path to Chartership. It is a close-knit, experienced environment where this appointment will add senior technical strength, support junior colleagues and contribute to continued growth.The work spans RICS Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys, complex defect diagnosis, repair and refurbishment projects, contract administration, Employer''s Agent duties and specialist party wall and neighbourly matters across Devon and the surrounding region.You do not need to be equally strong across every specialism, but you should bring demonstrable expertise in at least one of residential Level 3 surveys, party wall/neighbourly matters or project management and contract administration, with the ability to build capability across the rest.It should suit an experienced surveyor who enjoys being trusted with more complex work, values high-quality client advice and wants a role where technical credibility, commercial judgement and mentoring all matter.
