Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Building Surveyor to play a key role in developing their Exeter offering and supporting a growing client base across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of client relationships, lead a varied portfolio of projects, and help drive business growth whilst working alongside an established team of surveyors, project managers and cost consultants. The Role Lead and deliver a diverse range of building surveying instructions.Manage refurbishment, fit-out, repair and asset improvement projects.Undertake professional surveys, defect diagnosis and condition assessments.Build and develop client relationships whilst identifying new business opportunities.Mentor and support junior team members.Contribute to the continued growth of the South West business.
